CB – Colour B

Ch - Chain

Cont - Continue

Cross 2 L - Cross two stitches to left

Cross 2 R - Cross two stitches to right

Dc - Double crochet

Dec - Decrease, decreasing

DK - Double knitting

Dpn - Double-pointed needle

Foll - Following

G, gr - Gram

Grp - Group

G st - Garter stitch

Hdc - Half double crochet

Hk - Hook

In, ins - Inch, inches

Inc - Increase (knit into the front and the back of the next stitch)

K – Knit

k1, s1, psso - knit one, slip one, pass slipped stitch over

Kfb - Knit into front and back of stitch

K tbl - Knit through back loop

K2tog - Knit two together

K2tog tbl - Knit two together through back of loop (equivalent to SSK)

Kwise - Knitwise

LH - Left hand

Lp, lps - Loop, loops

LT - Left twist

M - Metres

MB - Make bobble

MC - Main color

Mm - Millimeters

M1 - Make one (with your right hand needle tip, lift the strand between the last stitch worked and the next stitch onto the left hand needle and knit into the back of it)

No - Number

Oz - Ounce

P - Purl

Pat, pats - Pattern, patterns

Pfb - Purl into front and back of stitch

Pm – Place marker

Pnso - Pass next stitch over

Psso - Pass slip stitch over

P tbl - Purl through back loop

P2tog - Purl two together

Ssk - Slip, slip, knit ((knit next two stitches knitwise, one at a time to the right hand needle, then insert tip of left needle into the front of these two stitches from left to right and knit them together. You have decreased one stitch).
